A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be taken to secure bookings during the busier months.

Pets that are not fully vaccinated cannot be boarded, as per the license regulations - customers will be liable for the full boarding fee since ensuring vaccinations are complete is the pet owners responsibility.  

Pets booked in and collected before 12 noon will receive a half day discount for that day.

Sorry no discounts for bringing own food, since extra time is taken when feeding and for additional storage space.

All prices include VAT at 20%.

We can provide quality bedding or you can choose to bring your own, along with durable toys - we will do our best to enure toys and bedding are returned to you in a good state, although some may well be chewed!

Ask about extra exercise in the paddocks for your dogs and we will add that to the booking.
